We encourage all parents to consider the various volunteer opportunities that the PTO has to offer.  There is something for everyone with respect to interest and time commitment.  It’s a win win proposition for parents, teachers and our students.  We have a spectacular army of volunteers and are always eager to enlist even more.

Please see the list of volunteer opportunities that came home with your child and return the attached form indicating your interests, availability, and contact information by September 3rd.  If you are volunteering for the first time, you will have to view a video prior to working with children.

You can view this video at Volunteer Orientation in Room 125 on September 3rd at either the morning session (9:30 AM) or the afternoon session (12:30 PM), or before Back to School Night September 8th at 6:30 and every half hour following that through the evening.  (Please be advised that the video is not appropriate for children to view).  Please return the form that was sent home in your packet indicating which of these sessions you expect to attend.  If you have any questions, please contact the school at 410-222-1685 or Geralyn Valente at 410-757-8505 (vpvolunteers@cscpto.org).
