Teacher Appreciation Week
May 5th - May 9th

Dear CSCES Families,

We will be celebrating Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week Monday, May 5- Friday, May 9, 2025. We will host a tropical theme this year, inviting our teachers & staff to “Relax, Unwind & Take a Break”. The themes and events for each day are listed below, along with a few new exciting opportunities to collaborate and decorate!

Mahalo Monday - Students and families write your teachers a note or draw a picture to show your gratitude and start off the week of appreciation. PTO will sponsor lunch for the teachers and staff. 

 

 Tiki-riffic Tuesday - Students and families, consider sending in a treat your teacher would enjoy! The PTO will be sponsoring a snack and drink set up in the staff lounge throughout the day.  

 

Waikiki Wednesday - Students and families consider donating classroom supplies to your teachers to continue the learning fun throughout the end of the year!  PTO will sponsor a grab and go  Sunrise Luau Breakfast 

 

 Tropical Wave Thursday -  Students, please consider wearing your teacher's favorite color or tropical themed clothing! The PTO will be providing Shark-uteries  and a hydration station in the staff lounge. 

 

Lei’d Back Floral Friday - Students and families, please consider sending in something from your teachers preference sheet as well as a flower or two (or draw a picture!) Please also remember support staff, aids and extra teachers in the classroom! PTO will supply vases for teachers who would like one to create one of a kind bouquets!
